Modern Design Construction LLC has been building and remodeling homes across the greater Phoenix area since 2017. We started with a clear focus: deliver quality finish work and honest craftsmanship on every project, from a single kitchen refresh to a full home renovation. That focus has not changed.
We specialize in the work that most homeowners notice first and remember longest. That includes custom cabinetry, kitchen and bath remodeling, flooring installation, countertop installation, and finish carpentry. We also take on larger scopes, including home additions, casitas, and accessory dwelling units. Whether you need one room updated or an entirely new living space added to your property, we have the experience to handle it from start to finish.
Every project follows a clear path from first conversation to final walkthrough. You know what happens at each stage.
Call us or send an email with your project idea. We listen to what you want to change in your home.
We visit your home to review the space, discuss your goals, and outline the scope of work. You receive a clear plan before any work begins.
Our crew carries out the work with attention to finish quality and detail. We keep you informed as each phase progresses.
We review the completed project with you together. We address any questions before we consider the job finished.
We keep communication open from start to finish. You stay informed and in control of decisions about your home.
