After living in this house for over 20 yrs our kitchen needed to be brighter and more modern looking. Derek and his crew did an excellent job installing new counters, backsplash, and all the other upgrades we had envisioned. Great communication, prompt service and cleanup. We wouldn’t hesitate to contract with Modern Design Construction again for future remodeling!

Derek did a complete gut and reconstruction of our kitchen and breakfast nook and we couldn’t be happier with the final results. He helped take our nice track home kitchen and make it custom home worthy! Derek expanded our island giving us more room for appliances and entertaining, added brand new cabinets that were extended up to the ceiling. We also added a whole new row of cabinets in our breakfast nook. To tie the whole project together, he updated our fireplace and added a matching mantle. The results speak for itself and he did an amazing job!

I finally have my dream kitchen. I initially wanted just my peeling cabinets replaced. Derek from Modern Design Construction LLC sent a picture of an updated much roomier kitchen. From start to finish, the hardest thing I had to do was pick out colors, flooring, knobs, a faucet and stay out of the way.
