After living in this house for over 20 yrs our kitchen needed to be brighter and more modern looking. Derek and his crew did an excellent job installing new counters, backsplash, and all the other upgrades we had envisioned. Great communication, prompt service and cleanup. We wouldn’t hesitate to contract with Modern Design Construction again for future remodeling!

Expert Remodeling in Peoria, AZ
Home remodeling in Peoria means working across a wide range of housing eras. The area includes older ranch-style homes in southern Peoria, active-adult communities like Sun City, and newer builds in master-planned neighborhoods farther north. Each home type comes with its own layout challenges and finish needs. At Modern Design Construction, we take remodeling projects from start to finish across Peoria, Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Avondale, Buckeye, Laveen, Litchfield Park, Waddell, Anthem, and Sun City. Arizona's desert climate shapes smart remodeling choices. Extreme summer heat, intense UV exposure, and hard water all affect which materials hold up over time. We plan each project around those realities so your finished space looks good and performs well year after year. Whether you want a kitchen overhaul, a layout change, or a full interior refresh, we focus on seeing each project through from the first wall to the final detail. Call us to talk through your project.
